I really enjoyed doing this, as there was no pink leotards or skinny women to make you feel crap about yourself, I liked the lack of cheesey music and harvey's rantings. Most keep fit dvd's usually drive me to drink and crisps after about a week, but i think this one could do the trick. If like me, you need to get your BMI down to under 25, before something dreadful happens, then this combined with a sensible eating plan should certainly help. There is lots of jumping around, so an industrial sports bra is an essential!

Fantastic DVD, It really does deliver results

If you want to get good results fast,then you won't beat this workout. I've been using this DVD for over 4 years now, I do it 4 times a week and it's been keeping me slim and fit. It also means that I can eat and drink a bit more, without putting on the pounds.
Of course it can get a bit boring but once you know the routine, you can do what I do and play it on the computer, just to get the timings right and have the tv or music on whilst you work out.
I don't think I'll ever stop using this dvd, although exercising is a pain, I really do feel good after each workout. it gets your heartrate up and keeps it up as well as providing toning and streaching exercises.

Yes this is very basic and yes Harvey is still his sweet self (lol). But you cannot deny that this is a fantastic work out, which gets your heart pumping and legs aching (well in my case it did). There are three levels beginners, intermediate and advance a warm-up and cool down. I can only do the first two for now but will complete all three sections. If you are looking for laughs this is not for you Harvey! well is Harvey. However, if you are looking for a good no a fantastic work-out this is the one.

I got this with such high hopes and was so disapointed.
I like Harvey but he comes across as so fake in this, acting tough for the sake of it really isn't working for him. So aside from him (and he doesn't join in, only barks at the others) and the lack of music, it only gets worse.
Same exercise, again and again. The whole thing is so repetitive and dull, if he said "and march" one more time I think I'd have kicked the TV screen in.

This is far and away the best fitness DVD I've ever tried...and I own quite a few!it's really suitable for all levels with a warm-up, 3 army-style circuits (beginner, intermediate and advanced)and a cool-down. The workout could have been boring, but Harvey is the most motivational instructor I've ever seen and I had a big grin on my face all the way through (I'd have been laughing if I'd had the energy), while still working harder than I have done with any of my other fitness DVD's .Harvey's comments at the beginning "this workout is for people who need to get fit...and that includes YOU" sets the tone; the whole workout is effective and really, really fun.
