I really enjoyed this dvd, having previously tried other pilates dvds which were a bit rushed, this one really makes you feel stretched, toned and relaxed.....
The low impact warm up is a good idea as well, and helps me feel like i'm burning a few calories..
A great dvd for beginners, I hope she brings out a more challenging one, so that I can move up a pace...
Its really helped with the mobility in my very stiff neck, and for that alone, its worth the money..
If you're into high impact aerobics, this is not for you, but if you want to improve your suppleness, strength and flexiblity, this dvd is perfect..

This DVD is divided up into two 35min workout, which you can do on alternate days or together to extend your workout. It also comprises of great advise on worm-ups, posture and saftey. I did feel the effects after doing the first workout, but felt that some of the moves were advanced for me as a begginer (i.e. having my hands on the floor, whilst both feet on the wall, elevating my legs).
