One of the top movies
Review date: 2006-05-11 Rating: 10 out of 10

Ok, firstly next to none of the Dragon Ball Z movies fit in with the anime series timeline, they are best viewed as alternate story routes after certain saga's, In this case, I'd imagine it is set after the android saga but as if Cell never become involved. Due to the original #17 & #18 androids being directly shown and being directly mentioned by Goku but no mention of Cell as far as I have heard, also where Cell was originally made in his place we have three more deadly androids, that said let me start the review.
I rate my Dragon Ball Z movie's on the quality of story as well as the action and how developed the characters are in the movie, The basic story is there are three more androids looking for Goku so that they can follow Gero's plan of revenge, the movie has action packed fight scenes revolving around the three androids and Goku, Future Trunks and Vegeta (which can all go Super Saiyan in this movie) In typical DBZ fight plot twist style when the fights look like its over the main villain pulls out a sly move, and Goku and his friends find them selves facing somebody that totally outclasses them, and once again in typical DBZ style its down to Goku to think of something.
This movie has a new and thought out storyline with all the elements that fans of Dragon Ball Z enjoy; characters, humour action and mild violence - Highly recommended for any DBZ movie collector

Great movie, however missing something...
Review date: 2005-08-18 Rating: 8 out of 10

The movie is Great it has a good but rather odd storyline (doesn't fit in too well with the episodes) but I think it is something you must watch, but it is missing the Dragonball Z lengthened Fights, they take some time to go SSJ but after they do they all lose then Super Android 13 is winning then suddenly... Goku wins, this type of winning is new and amazing but too short for my liking :)
