The plot is 20 years after a nuclear war between the Inter-American Confederation and the Eurac monarchy, the search is on between these two empires to find the worlds only fertile woman in New York. While this sounds corny, it is an enjoyable excuse to see rip-offs of films like Mad Max, Escape from New York, Planet of the Apes and TV's Blake's Seven and Space 1999!! This is no offence to the film or it's director Sergio Martino. The film works because Martino is so talented by creating a big story with next to no budget on a small canvas. New York has never looked so good on film!!!

I have to give this a 5 because it is a really fun film. It is something you can sit down and put on any time.
