Synopsis
Lord Brett Sinclair (Roger Moore) is a British aristocrat, and Danny Wilde (Tony Curtis) is Bronx-born millionaire; together they battle international injustice. This collection of the classic 1970s action series includes the episodes Five Miles to Midnight, The Golden Napolean, Take Seven, and Greensleeves.
Great!
Review date: 2001-10-29 Rating: 10 out of 10
Unbelivable funny! Roger Moore is my preferred actor, and with Tony Curtis made a "fantastic couple". All the episodes are great, and the #6, "Greensleeves", is superb. This DVD is a MUST HAVE!

What? You still haven't bought this DVD?Review date: 2001-05-30 Rating: 10 out of 10Get the whole series (there are four DVD's now). The Persuaders star Tony Curtis and Roger Moore, in a mix of Moore's humor and Curtis's lifestyle. If you like Roger Moore as James Bond, and/or Tony Curtis in his movies you'll like this series as well. If you have the money to spend then get the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and pre-order the 4th volume because you'll want them... The Persuaders are kind of a 'what me worry' style of detectives. Both have an extravagant lifestyle as millionaires and team up as detectives/agents for 'the good cause' to have a purpose in life (you'll understand this when you watch the first episode on the first volume).
