Bought this for my 14 year old son. Read it first myself. Brought back lots of fabulous memories. This was my favourite book when i was young.

My eight year old daughter borrowed a copy of this book from a friend and read some of it before returning it. She was hooked and it was the first thing on her Christmas list! She already has a couple of Enid Blyton books from the St. Clare's collection but I've a feeling this will be her favourite. A lovely book for young girls!

Loved by our Grandson and previously loved by his father. Each chapter end leaves them wanting 'just a little bit more'

This book takes me back to my childhood as I read lots of Enid Blyton as a child. My 5 yr old is delighted by the tales of magic lands & characters at the top of a tree in the woods near their cottage, so if your child likes magical places & people, then this is a classic waiting for them.
still a timeless classic!
